By creating an account or using Flowline, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Flowline is a task-management web app that lets you capture, organize, and complete tasks and projects. We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we may change, add, or remove features over time as we improve the product.

3. Your account

When you create a Flowline account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information, including a valid email address.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Flowline for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.

5. Free plan

Flowline is free forever for personal use, as described on our homepage. We may offer paid plans with additional features. If pricing or plan details change, the changes will apply going forward and we'll communicate them clearly — the personal free plan remains free.

6. Your content and our rights

You own the tasks, projects, and other content you create in Flowline. By using the service, you give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. Flowline — including the app, its design, and its branding — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond normal use of the service.

7. Disclaimers

Flowline is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will never occur — please keep copies of anything critical.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowline and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Termination

You can stop using Flowline and delete your account at any time from within the app; deleting your account removes the data associated with it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk. Where reasonable, we'll notify you before taking action.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continuing to use Flowline after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
